Supporting You and Work-Life Balance

We believe in work stops at work. Our goal is to support you in every way to get all your responsibilities completed at the end of your work day. That’s why you get prep/documentation time and flexible scheduling to balance your life & “work”.

It’s important to spend time considering, pondering, and participating in things outside and unrelated to work.

Finding a work life balance is something we strongly support. If you want to be a good physical therapist, and eventually a master clinician, it takes time after hours, but part of mastery means stepping away from your career and enjoying everything life has to offer.
